ZOMBIE-CHANG is the solo project of Tokyo-based artist, songwriter, and producer Meirin. Known for her distinctive DIY approach, she writes, composes, and produces her own music, creating a singular sound that moves fluidly between electronic pop, new wave, indie, punk, and club music.

Beginning with punk and acoustic songwriting before turning toward electronic production, Meirin has continually reshaped the sound and visual world of ZOMBIE-CHANG. Since the release of her debut album ZOMBIE-CHANGE in 2016, she has developed a body of work defined by playful experimentation, unconventional production, infectious melodies, and an unmistakably individual perspective.

Her music has evolved across electronic production, raw band arrangements, and dance-floor-oriented sounds while retaining the idiosyncratic character at the heart of ZOMBIE-CHANG. Alongside songwriting and production, Meirin is closely involved in the broader creative direction of the project, making ZOMBIE-CHANG an extension of her own evolving artistic world.
